PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Positions with Irish Mechanical Services require the ability to safely perform the physical demands of commercial and industrial mechanical work. Applicants should be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry materials and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more with assistance when required), climb ladders, work from lifts or scaffolding, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces or at varying heights. Employees must be able to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to changing weather conditions, construction sites, mechanical rooms, and industrial facilities, while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable law.
